Education - Lesson Plans

Aquatic Equipment & Design strives to provide teachers with robust systems and scientific materials to challenge students and enhance their STEM learning environment. These classroom kits were designed around Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). The NGSS are K-12 science content standards developed to improve science education in the United States. They aim to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to be scientifically literate, globally competitive, and effective members of society. The NGSS are not a curriculum, but rather a set of standards that define what students should know and be able to do in science. 

These innovative kits provide elementary, middle, and high school teachers ready-to-use material encouraging and inspiring students to learn about aquatic systems, aquaponics, and hydroponics through the following:
